Our Classes

  • Parent & Me

    Ages: 2–3 years old

    Class Size: 14 children

    Schedule: Fridays

    Time: 9:30–11:30 am

This is a time when our youngest members and their parents can enjoy an introduction to our preschool setting. This loosely-structured, play-based program is a perfect opportunity for our little ones to explore many activities promoting and encouraging social development.

    Parent & Me Plus

This program provides our littlest ones with the opportunity to take their first steps into the bigger kid world. With a parent at their side, they get to join in on class time with the higher levels in our school one day per week (with an option to increase).

Please talk to one of our teachers if you are interested in the Parent & Me Plus Program.

  • Caterpillars

    Ages: 3–4 years old

    Class Size: 12 children

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday

    Time: 8:30–11:30 am

Our Caterpillar class is a relaxed introduction to preschool for our little learners. The program allows for the development of large and small muscle coordination, language development, sensory awareness, creativity, cognitive skills, and an increased sense of autonomy.

Caterpillars also overlap with the Butterflies class for the last 1.5 hours of their day. This opportunity provides essential modeling to support their learning.

  • Butterflies

    Ages: 3–5 years old

    Class Size: 12 children

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday

    Time: 10:00 am–2:00 pm

Our Butterflies have the opportunity to broaden their skills with a variety of groundwork curriculum, which helps them to prepare for their school life beyond our little red doors. This preparation work is strategically woven into their day and delivered in a developmentally appropriate and supportive way.

The program focuses on encouraging learning through play-based activities in math, science, and literacy, including Handwriting Without Tears, developing self-help skills, decision making, and gaining self-confidence to make independent decisions.

Our Summer Program

CRPCNS Summer Adventure Camps have everything your little adventurer will enjoy: messy art projects, exciting water and educational activities, and much, much more. Our themes celebrate the excitement of summer all within a safe and nurturing environment for our littlest adventurers.

Summer at CRPCNS is a great way for parents to enjoy what’s special about our school without the commitment of a regular school year and an opportunity for children to prepare for the following year’s placement.

Enrollment is open to families in Sonoma County for children ages 2.5 to 5 years of age.  Children 2.5 to 3 years of age must have attended the CRPCNS Parent & Me class to qualify for this program.  Priority is given to continuing families and newly admitted families.
